...that Alamosa Colorado would be so fun. It was the perfect "get-away" trip. Only 3 hours away and so many fun places to go. I recommend it to anyone! We went to the Great Sand Dune National Park, Gator Farm, UFO lookout tower, hiked to Zapata Falls, and went to Stations of the Cross in San Luis Valley (the oldest city in Co.) We stayed at the Rio Grande Hotel which had an indoor waterpark too. It was so so fun. The kids loved it!

You were in my neck of the woods! I grew up just 20 miles south of Alamosa. I'm glad to hear you think it is a fun place, because most people don't :)
